I just want to write this down so I don't forget.

I asked Carly when her hair got so brown the other morning when I was doing it, and she said, "from Cocoa Puffs."

Hailey has started the "what does that mean" phase of life. It's really has me hoping that I will be able to answer all of those questions she has for me.


I was in the bathroom at my moms while Hailey was washing her hands and she asked me what smell the soap was and I told her it was garden herb. Then she said, "Mmmmm, I love it, it smells so good. I can't stand up for the smell." Then I laughed and she asked, "what does that mean mom?" So I laughed some more. I think she meant that she can't stand the smell, which is funny cause she said she loved the smell!! As we were walking out of the bathroom she said, "It smells like vegetables!" :) Silly girl.


Last night Hailey was dancing before bed and she said, "I need water, my head is leaking." She meant that she was sweating.

My grandma, who we (everyone in my family) call Momo, gave me a little photo album recently and in it was this gem of a picture! I wish it scanned better than this though.

I think I'm a little over 7 months pregnant with Carly here. *The Bug used to be happy like this all the time. I sorta miss it. I wish she would smile like this now, it's so cute!
