Before the bath we like to color and dance!

Yes, Carly looks like a boy cause her hair isn't done and it does look bad. Yes, she is wearing a bib, I didn't want the marker all over her white shirt. Yes, it sounds like Carly is saying a bad word. Yes, I didn't immediately wash the marker off of the girls because they were about to get into a bath. Yes, Hailey's bed is not made. Yes, I am probably talking baby talk in the videos. Yes, I said "stair step" when I meant "step aerobics". Deal with it. I'm not perfect......all the time! ;)

Boxed up

I heard the girls playing together -if you count Hailey telling Carly every move to make playing together-the other day. I looked around the corner and found this (PS please ignore the mess. I was getting ready for the yard sale),

I am getting tired of doing Hailey's hair the same all the time. So I broke out the old school curling iron from the late 80s, you know the small tiny one that's about the size of your pinky, and had some fun.

We sold some stuff and made some dough. SA-WEET!

My brother John and SIL Naima came over on Saturday and we had a yard sale. It was fun. And it was hot. And we are glad we did it.

Olympic moment

Dear Gumby aka Nastia Liukin,

Thank you for making 5'3" look tall!

Although I guess it's not hard when you are standing by girls that are only 4' 8" (Shawn Johnson) and 4'10" (Yang Yilin). But still you give 5'3" a good name.

From one shortie to another, thank you.

Yes, I claim that I'm 5'4" but, as hard as it is to admit, I'm really probably closer to 5'3"

Wheeler Farm and Hogle Zoo

While my sister was in town we took the kids to Wheeler Farm and The Hogle Zoo. We did a lot of shopping too, but we didn't get any pictures of that!

(This picture is so cute. Every time the sheep would go BAAAA Ryan started laughing. And then we all laughed at Ryan laughing. If you click on the pic you can see his happy expression on his face, it's pretty darn cute, if I do say so my self!)

Ryan also got very excited to see this HUGE cone. He said, "Look at that HUGE cone!" So we had to get a picture of him by it. And of course Hailey just had to be in the picture too.

Here we are at the zoo. Can you see past the reflection of Amy (or at least I think it's Amy, could be me, but I don't remember what I wore that day), and see the white alligator at the top of the picture? It's pretty cool. Oh and we ended up dressing all the girls alike with out knowing it!

And all the kids on this little statue. For some reason this is the only statue my kids will willingly sit on for a photo op, that's why you have see it's appearance so..... many times on my blog!

So we had a lot of fun while Amy was here and we were so busy everyday. Thanks of all the fun you guys. We miss you!
